Fair Usage Policy

The Fair Usage Policy (the "FUP") specifies guidelines for users of PlaceKit's services. By using PlaceKit's services, accessing our website located at placekit.io, you agree to the latest version of the FUP. PlaceKit may modify the FUP at any time by posting a revised version on the website.
If you violate the FUP or authorize or help others to do so, we may suspend or terminate your use of PlaceKit's services.
By using PlaceKit's services, you agree:
- to not stack up applications to cumulate free quotas for an excessive usage;
- to not resell our services–excepted forward billing for agencies;
- to not cache data from our API;
- to not use our services for any sort of illegal activity;
- to not remove, hide or hinder the PlaceKit watermark in the autocomplete;
- to add the PlaceKit watermark with a clickable link to https://placekit.io in case of a custom autocomplete implementation.
